A thought that dawned on me the other day as I was freaking out yet again about raising support for the Around the World Trip.....
I bet Prince William's Kate wouldn't ask where the money would come from for a peace seeking goodwill visit. Nor would Obama's daughters. They'd trust that their Beloved or Dad would just provide for them and enjoy the ride. Why can't I just TRUST. Is it that hard? Why all the I cant's and fear of failure? Man am I HUMAN sometimes! And loved by a Creator God that gets me regardless of my Freak Out sessions with Him. AMEN
So if your reading this...pray that my concerns about finances would decrease and time with God enjoying Him and trusting in his goodness and faithfulness would prevail.

Camp Sweet Camp
I'm very pumped to say I'll be crashing at Camp Phillip in Wautoma till February when I lift off to New Zealand and Beyond. Thanks so much for all your prayers!
I have a Flea Market gig in Fond Du Lac at the Expo Center / Fairgrounds on Sunday....and several dates at the Princeton Flea Market...September 15 and 22 for sure...checkin' into some other dates. Waiting to hear if I can get into the Harvest Fest or something like that in Lake Mills should know more in a week or two?
$8,500 is the bare minimum I need to go yet....that and a plane ticket....so about $700-$1,000. Haiti / Uganda and Kenya...well God...I'm clueless at this point. Go...not go....waiting for confirmation I guess.
God'willin' one of my debts should be paid off next month...my Savior be breakin' these chains one link at a time...but the freedom...it feels oooh so good!
Work has been very character-building to say the least. Lots of roadblocks but trusting God will walk me through it all. Roughly 6 months before I go...WHAT???? That's crazy....crazy AWESOME! Yeah!

Blessed!
Lecture Fees for trip have been paid in FULL. This means I can go!!! The goal is to raise the amount below BEFORE leaving but some teammates continue to raise support while overseas or promote what the teams as a whole still needs if it gets down to the wire.
Baby Steps right now... $9,000 for Transportation / Outreach Fees for the Around the World Mission Trip I'm going on.
Other Steps....$700ish more for a Plane Ticket.....$575 for the Haitian orphange part of my trip....$X,XXX unsure exact amount for Uganda / Kenya orphanges just yet but should know within the next 2 weeks.
Still hunting for a place to crash from now till February...excited about some possibilities in the works. Trying to kick butt on paying debts down.
Selling Blessed T-shirts at some local Flea Markets soon and hunting for some churches I can speak at / sell items as well...so if you go to a church and they haven't heard me talk please e-mail me with a contact person erinjohns79@yahoo.com
Letting go...its not looking like I'll be able to go to Ireland / England on THIS trip...but I'm hopeful God will provide me with a way to meet up with those two penpals I've had since Jr high...someday.
Threads of Hope is an org I'm working with to sell bracelets as a fundraiser. The bracelets support families that are trying to provide for themselves instead of other means such as sifting through garbage or selling their bodies.
Tastefully Simple Party will be in October...should have the dates real soon.
I would love your prayers, words of encouragement, etc. I can't beleive there are roughly 201 days until I leave!!! How is that possible?
